There is nothing in life for me to gain
Nothing but sorrow, heartache and pain.
All my life, I’ve been lonely and blue,
With no one to care, all my life through.
Whenever I find a little happiness, a little fun
Along comes black clouds, blocks out my sun.
The clouds are so heavy the sun can’t shine through,
There are no stars for me, but plenty for some.
I try to help others their problems o’re come
But what, oh what, happened to my shining sun?
Does it not know, that happy I want to be,
And see the stars and sun like other folk do?
Maybe some day that cloud will pass bye,
And let me peak at the sun in the sky.
The cloud reaches down and touches my feet,
And says weary one sleep, sleep, sleep.
When you awake your sun you will see.
Never a cloud never more will there be,
No heartache or sorrow, no pain or despair.
You will meet your Savior up in the air,
Who died on the cross to save you from sin.
When you awake, you’ll be happy with him,
You’re clouds will be heavy down here below.
Don’t worry dear friend, up there your sun will glow!

And in heaven she is where I will see here again. Mom and I sure shared the same feelings in life. I sure need her to talk to. I miss her so much.
